The Saturday Summary 15 April 2023 – Sydney AFL Round Two
Round 2 saw our men’s teams back at home for the first time this season, whilst our women’s teams were on the road.
The clubs depth was tested more than in recent memory with Prems missing 7 due to injury in round 1. That created opportunities for others and 3 players made their debut in 1st grade. Congrats to Dom Maunder, Frankie Crossle and Kobe Hedges on your debuts.
We saw very strong wins to our Men’s Div 1 and Women’s Div 4 teams and very encouraging close results for our Under 19’s and Women’s Div 3 teams who both took their opponents right to the line.
