As we approach one of our most anticipated home rounds of the season, Back to St George Day, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you, our loyal supporters, members, players, officials and volunteers.

Thank you for choosing to be a part of this club, for your ongoing support, for showing up on game day, for proudly wearing the red and white.

It’s often said that what you give to this club is what you get back. Lifelong mates, friendship and community.

So heading into Back to St George Day, when we celebrate our mighty club and enjoy what it means to each of us, I wanted to ask a favour of you all.

Keep it up.

Keep up your support, keep in touch with your mates, keep enjoying St George footy, keep proudly wearing the red and white.

And if you are in a position to, consider making your support go even further, with a St George membership.

This year, as our clubhouse is under construction, we need your support now more than ever. With a reduced capacity for a bar and canteen at our temporary home ground, and the loss of our club room to run fundraising events, our club will have added challenges with revenue this year.

A non-playing membership is an impactful way to support your club through the 2026 season. Or if you are looking for a tax-deductible way to support St George, consider making a donation to our club through the Australian Sports Foundation.
